HelloCrane is a mobile app for hiring cranes & construction machinery in a smooth manner on time. The entire procurement process is managed by technology so that traditional pains of constant follow up with the machine rentals is taken over by HelloCranes back end. HelloCrane is a construction machine aggregator. GPS devices are fitted on all machines that are aggregated. All the machines are tracked during working hours to note if they are idle, working at site, waiting at site or under maintenance. The project owner has to only provide HelloCrane the machine type, capacity, numbers, project location and dates of engagement. Hellocrane will geofence the project site and locate machines that are in the vicinity of the site, check availability on required dates and book the machinery on agreed rates. On the designated day, HelloCranes back end staff locate the machines, prompt them to start on time, reach the site on time. The project owner is kept informed of the machines marching and arrival at gate. Once gate entry is recorded, which is also captured by HelloCrane backend, the deployment specifics of the machines are logged in real time such as machine waiting at site, machine doing work, intermittent stoppage, etc. This information is vital for billing and is usually an area of dispute as there is no credible proof with either party of the hours that the machine has worked. Because of the trust deficit between the parties, one of them is always aggrieved. HelloCrane eliminates this trust deficit using technology. Further, HelloCrane can provide log in ids to both the parties for tracking their machines in real time, so that there is no room for any mistrust between them.
